Choose the right syllabus
The central portal describes a Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics engineering paper following the JEE Main pattern. Use the exact published syllabus for the joining cycle.
Turn the syllabus into a checklist
Create a topic list from the official instructions. Mark each topic as unstarted, needs revision or ready for timed practice. Compare any coaching material against that list before spending time on it.
Use errors to guide revision
After a timed practice set, separate conceptual gaps, calculation mistakes and pacing problems. Rework missed questions without the answer key before moving to another set. This is study advice, not an official question forecast.
