IEM and UEM admission documents checklist

School and identity records

Prepare Class 10 and 12 marksheets, pass certificates, date-of-birth evidence, identity documents and photographs in the formats requested by the institution. Keep originals separate from upload copies.

Entrance and route records

Keep the examination application, hall ticket, result and any counselling allotment together. Add domicile, category or other quota evidence only if the route requires it; do not assume every applicant uses the same quota.

Postgraduate and lateral applicants

Collect prior degree or diploma transcripts, completion certificates and any required entrance result. Ask how provisional results and pending certificates affect final admission.

Final review

Check spelling consistency across documents, readable scans and file limits. Use official upload channels and keep a submission checklist. The final official document list takes precedence over this planning guide.
